We will then call you over the coming days to explain the process and to put your mind at ease. We will then send you out a step by step guide for the Divorce process and a questionnaire which you will complete and return to us. As soon as you return same to us we will then complete your divorce papers and you will be ready to apply to your local Circuit Court office to start your proceedings. We will be available to help you over the phone and via email at every step of the way. The price of the Starter Pack is €59 and then you will pay the remainder of your fee of €540 when you receive your application papers for the Circuit Court.
